is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. She is the first woman in Tasmania to receive her black belt and the second Australian woman to reach this level. She has trained in Australia, Japan and Brazil and has been a successful competitor. She is now taking girls only classes. This blog is for the girls training Jiu-Jitsu, to keep a record of their progress- and of all the shenanegans that go on!
